Meet Michelle Armoni

You won’t find an HR consultant more dedicated, informed or creative than Michelle Armoni. Michelle has over 18 years experience leading human-resource teams, and she thrives on the challenges of solving workplace issues – big and small, immediate and long-range.

Michelle has handled a wide range of critical business problems in a broad variety of arenas, including for-profit, not-for-profit, entertainment, government and overseas organizations. As personable as she is professional, Michelle is known for her ability to walk the line between management and employees, earning the trust and respect of both.

Michelle earned a Masters of Science in human resources and organizational development from Johns Hopkins University, a certificate in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Syracuse University. Michelle is also certified as a Mediator through the Los Angeles Bar Association.
